For non-urgent issues and for anything you want a paper trail for — receipts, invoices, formal complaints. Every support request raised via Julien is also emailed to this address automatically, so if you started a conversation online, the email thread continues it.
How Julien Knows It's You
When you're signed in, Julien automatically sees:
- Your active bookings and their current state
- Your loyalty balance and voucher inventory
- Your saved profile, preferences, and any recent support history
- The page you're currently on (so "cancel this booking" works without a booking number)
